Was a part of the core leadership team at CommonFloor.com and was responsible for managing the design team, creating design strategy, processes, roadmaps for its multiple products, spearhead innovation and establish user research practice.

Joined frog India’s team as the first designer and worked on some of its key projects for Australian and Japanese clients

Formed and led a design team to provide UX and usability services to rapidly growing  Indian product market. Some of the key clients of Cheese were Onmobile, Vodafone and Rang-de. Cheese was NASSCOM fastest 50 company  in 2010.
